Essential oils have transformed my life and magnified my health in more ways than I can tell you here. What are Essential Oils?

How Do I use Essential Oils?
Aromatically – put a drop in your hand and inhale deeply, or put a few drops in your diffuser
Topically – Apply to the target area directly or apply to the bottoms of feet (depending on the oil, you may want to dilute with a carrier oil in case of skin sensitivity, such as fractionated coconut oil)
Internally – take a drop under your tongue, a drop in your water, or a drop in a veggie capsule and take like a pill

For manufacturers to be able to label their product “100% pure essential oil”, they only have to put 3-10% of actual essential oil in the bottle!
