Everybody is undoubtedly going to encounter obstacles, and the 6 month program allows us to think through solutions together and create strategies to cope with the challenges that will always arise throughout life. This program is perfect for someone who may already be on the right track in their wellness journey, but may need some additional coaching and support to get past the road blocks. 3 months together allows us time to really focus on what’s working and what isn’t. While studies have shown that 6 months is the optimal amount of time to implement longstanding change, steady focus and dedication to yourself and your wellness journey will do amazing things for your health and vitality. Sometimes all we need is a little bit of unbiased, compassionate accountability to get us where we need to go. Here is what is included:

A health coach is a professional guide and mentor who empowers clients to take responsibility for their health through sustainable lifestyle choices. As a health coach, I help the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. I consider each of my client’s “bio-individuality” and help them achieve optimal health through their unique dietary, physical, and emotional needs. In a world where we are starving for abundant wellness, I provide an invaluable opportunity for accountability, compassion, and unending support to my clients.
