Hormone Healing Starts Here

Jun 08, 2021

The hormone conversation is long and complex. And I’m totally here for the nitty gritty.

That’s why I created The Hormone Healing Secrets Course!

I don’t even start talking about the various hormones involved in your cycle until week 5 of the course. They are super important, yes, but other things take priority first, and I’m all about getting you results sooner rather than later!

And this tip is so simple you’re probably going to think there’s no way on Earth that it will make that much of a difference.

It will! Trust me.

Step One of Hormone Healing

That’s it!! So simple right?!

By eating within 90 minutes of waking up, you will safeguard your blood sugar for the whole day to come! When you wait longer than 90 minutes to eat, your body perceives that as a stressor, so you’ll be operating at a place of stress and survival rather than absorb/digest/extract nutrients/heal.

For my coffee drinkers out there, please make sure you are eating breakfast with protein BEFORE you consume your morning cup of Joe or your matcha green tea or your black Darjeeling.

We go more into what to eat, and dive into the caffeine conversation in much more detail inside the course, but suffice it to say that a very easy, practical step you can take today is to eat a balanced breakfast.

Nothing fancy, shiny, or too exciting here for the time being.

Just eat your breakfast within 90 minutes of waking, and your hormones will have a much easier time the rest of your day!

Are you struggling with hormone challenges like irregular periods, painful periods, PMS, ovarian cysts, infertility, low libido, endometriosis, etc? I encourage you to check out my course, The Hormone Healing Secrets, because it is a foundational roadmap to getting your hormones back into balance!
